Proven experience as a carpenter or skilled construction worker
Ability to use carpentry tools and equipment safely
Strong understanding of basic math and measurements
Capability to work independently and as part of a team
Able to stand, lift, and work in active environments for extended periods
Reliability and strong work ethic
