Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans based on each client’s unique mental health needs.
• Provide individual therapy sessions, employing appropriate methods and therapeutic techniques to foster personal insights and emotional resilience.
• Collaborate with clients to set measurable therapeutic goals and regularly assess progress towards these goals.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions to accommodate clients who may face geographical or mobility challenges, ensuring access to vital mental health support.
• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation and records to uphold ethical standards of practice, ensuring that treatment data is well-organized and accessible.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance clinical skills, stay abreast of innovative therapy practices, and contribute to a culture of learning within the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LMFT at Clear Mind Counseling, you will work with a diverse client population facing various challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to establish trusting relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possession of empathy and a nonjudgmental attitude towards clients' experiences.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities to effectively manage caseloads and administrative duties.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing therapy services to individuals with substance use issues or challenges related to addiction is a plus.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and family systems therapy.
• Prior experience in a private practice or similar setting where individualized and group therapy was provided.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 100,000, based on experience and qualifications.
