Overview Job Title: HR Manager (Spanish-Speaking) Location: OH 43035 Work Schedule: 4–5 days onsite per week Start Date: ASAP Pay rate: $45-$50 per hour Duration: Initial contract (1–2 months) with potential for permanent hire Base pay range : $45.00/hr - $50.00/hr Summary Our client, a vertically integrated apparel company with a long-standing presence in the industry is seeking an experienced HR Manager who is fluent in Spanish and has a solid background in manufacturing environments. This role will be based onsite at our facility in Ohio, and will play a key role in supporting HR operations, employee relations, and workforce engagement. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day HR functions including employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Serve as a liaison between leadership and Spanish-speaking employees to ensure effective communication. Support recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives. Maintain HR policies and ensure alignment with labor laws and company standards. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary actions professionally. Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of HR activities.
