Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Prior experience working with school-aged children or in educational environments is highly valued
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Knowledge of IEP documentation and requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students needs for occupational therapy interventions
• Develop and deliver targeted OT programs tailored to individual learning and developmental goals
• Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families for the best student outcomes
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Monitor and adjust therapeutic interventions to maximize student independence and engagement
• Support classroom staff with strategies to foster accessibility and participation
