Project Manager Roofing Sales

Roofing Sales Representative – Oklahoma City Job Type: Full-time (1099 commission-based). Average annual compensation ranges from $70,000 to $150,000+, with top performers earning $200,000+. Supplemental pay includes bonuses and commissions. Responsibilities Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, storm outreach, and door-to-door sales. Inspect roofs, gutters, siding and educate homeowners. Write and close roofing contracts. Collect payments and manage projects from start to finish. Maintain a self‑starting, coachable, disciplined, and self‑motivated attitude. Be comfortable with door‑to‑door sales; some company leads are provided, but the majority of leads should be self‑generated. Qualifications Minimum 18 years old with a valid driver’s license. Must be 21 years or older, with a clean Motor Vehicle Record and background check. Reliable transportation; able to carry a ladder, climb a roof, lift 50 lbs, and walk on roofs without fear of heights. Cell phone and willingness to work outdoors in door‑to‑door sales. Strong communication skills, driven and goal‑oriented, able to juggle multiple tasks. Veteran preference. Self‑starter mindset and go‑getter attitude.
