Allegra + Kauboi + Lobby Bar at The REMI Hotel is currently looking for Floor Managers to join our team! We're searching for candidates who can: Manage team members by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring a productive workflow. This may also involve scheduling shifts and providing training. Anticipate guest needs, field guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and work to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels, ensure the floor is clean and organized, and uphold safety standards or operational protocols. Address and resolve issues quickly, whether it's an internal challenge between team members, equipment failure, or a guest concern. Acting as a bridge between floor staff and upper management, relay policies, updates, or feedback effectively. Maintain efficiency and create a positive environment for both staff and customers. Other duties as assigned. Previous leadership experience in hospitality. Problem-solving skills. Time management skills. Strong communication skills.
