Supervise and lead the power washing team, ensuring jobs are completed to the customer’s satisfaction. Guide and mentor other team members, sharing experience and expertise. Maintain a professional and efficient work environment. Follow cleaning procedures and checklists to ensure all jobs meet the highest standards. Qualifications Minimum one year of proven leadership experience. Ability to climb ladders and walk on roofs with confidence. Ability to perform general labor and carry or lift up to 50 lbs. Valid driver’s license. Compensation $26.00 - $32.00 per hour.
