Conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, observe and report activity, and provide courteous customer service and clear communication. Pay Rate: $17.94 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and follow appropriate emergency response procedures.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, storage areas, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter.
• Monitor activity for unauthorized access, suspicious behavior, and site policy violations, and report security-related concerns according to established procedures.
• Document patrol activity and incidents accurately and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
