Key Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, particularly in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business; however, leadership experience can substitute for formal education. APICS and Lean Six Sigma certifications are an added advantage. 8 to 15 years of combined experience in production scheduling, demand planning, and materials management, including management roles. Comprehensive understanding of supply chain fundamentals. Proven experience in operations management within manufacturing and distribution. Familiarity with Continuous Improvement methodologies.
