Security Account Manager

The Account Manager position manages security services and related operations for a portfolio of smaller accounts. Key duties include client service, problem resolution, service enhancement, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision, and training. Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by overseeing security operations.
• Direct Security Supervisors on requirements, priorities of work, and coordination of site needs.
• Develop and expand service offerings to existing accounts.
• Ensure operational effectiveness and prepare post‑orders.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and training of security personnel.

Qualifications Experience as Operations Manager, Site Supervisor, or Account Manager. Strong leadership and coordination skills. Ability to develop new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
