We are seeking candidates who:

• Want to take their career to the next level. All our managers started at entry-level positions within the company and there is plenty of room to grow into a management role.
• Want to provide excellent customer service and grow their interpersonal communication skills.
• Want to work at a growing company. Sparkle Squad has opened multiple locations across the United States and Canada. As we continue to open locations across the United States, we want to provide our employees with exciting opportunities.

• A licensed driver.
• Have prior experience operating aerial lifts or elevated work platforms (preferred).
• Have prior experience in a lead or supervisory role (preferred).

What You Will Do:

• Lead a crew of technicians on daily window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and house washing jobs while providing exceptional customer service.
• Safely operate aerial lifts and elevated work platforms as required by the job.
• Lead by example and mentor team members in a positive work environment.
• Excel in a team environment.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Create memorable moments to maximize customer experience.
• Continuously improve through feedback and ongoing training Be rewarded for your efforts and success.
