Housing Compliance Specialist
The John Stewart Company
The John Stewart Company is seeking a Compliance Specialist to determine initial eligibility for affordable housing programs, monitor ongoing eligibility, and ensure HUD, Tax Credit, and PRAC program compliance. Travel to multiple properties is required, and this is not a remote position. You will train staff on verification procedures, review certification files, and implement on-site audit processes while staying current with program updates and regulatory requirements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
