Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is hiring a Full-Time Dental Assistant to support our providers in a structured, outpatient clinic environment serving senior patients in the Orlando area. This is a stable, team‑based role with consistent hours, supportive staff, and a calm, organized workflow.

• No nights, no weekends, no last‑minute schedule changes

• Predictable 1-2 ‑day workweek with full-time stability

You'll work within a community-based outpatient clinic model , not a mobile route or high-pressure dental office.

Our Dental Assistants are essential partners in ensuring smooth clinic operations and exceptional patient experiences.

• Assist the dentist chairside for general dentistry procedures

• Set up, break down, and maintain portable dental equipment

• Follow strict sterilization and infection control protocols

• Support patient comfort, communication, and education

• Complete basic charting, documentation, and administrative tasks

• Represent CMC with professionalism, compassion, and reliability

• 1+ years of chairside Dental Assisting experience preferred

• Certified/Registered Dental Assistant

• Active Radiation Certificate

• Strong knowledge of OSHA and infection control standards

• Reliable transportation + valid driver's license

• Ability to lift and transport equipment (25–50 lbs.)

• Must pass a federal background check and drug screening

• Professional, punctual, and able to work independently

• 1-2 days per week (Weekdays only)

• Typical hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• No nights

• No weekends
