Key Responsibilities In your role as a Physical Therapist at Balance Booster Rehab Center, your responsibilities will include: Conducting in-depth assessments of patients' physical conditions to accurately identify therapy needs and establish treatment goals. Designing and implementing customized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, aiming to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore functional independence. Facilitating therapeutic exercises and interventions using appropriate tools, such as resistance bands, free weights, and specialized rehabilitation equipment. Providing education and training to patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques, self-care strategies, and preventative measures to promote long-term health and wellness. Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient care and ensure all clinical standards are met. Patient Population / Client Focus Our focus ranges across a diverse population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological disorders, and chronic pain conditions. You will engage with patients of varying ages and backgrounds, allowing you to apply your expertise in a versatile manner. Qualifications The ideal candidate for our Physical Therapist position will possess: A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. An active or eligible Florida Physical Therapy license. Strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals alike. Preferred Experience While a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting is required, experience in a rehabilitation facility is highly valued.
