Key AccountabilitiesLead/coordinate daily quality support troubleshooting daily concern items to achieve quality, cost and delivery targets.Perform and coordinate root cause analysis for quality concerns - documenting and reporting the results for continuous improvement through the use of sound engineering theory and technology to improve running characteristics (SEQDCM).Support line side trial runs during new models to ensure quality and delivery is achieved.Lead collaborative meetings with Quality Staff to understand daily concerns with customers/suppliers of all levels & capabilities.Communicate and present monthly KPI items showing continuous improvement to overall quality of Mission Assembly.Work with production, new model, product development and Mission Assembly Engineering to ensure balanced processing occurs.Build mutually beneficial relationships with customers and suppliers.Develop, manage and execute Business Plan activities in a timely manner.Develop Quality Staff skills and competencies to improve overall department quality skills set .Qualifications, Experience, and SkillsMinimum Educational Qualifications:Bachelor’sDegree in Engineering (e.q. Mechanical, Electrical) or related equivalent experience.Minimum Experience:2-8 years of experience based on Education.Quality experience in manufacturing environment.Other Job-Specific Skills:Knowledge of: Microsoft Office, AutoCad 2D & 3D, SolidworksSkill In: Presenting, written communication, organizational skills, Ability to: Convey manufacturing concepts to associates, perform advanced mathematics, read engineering designs, manage projects.Visa Sponsorship:Sponsorship for employment visa status for these positions is unavailable. Working Conditions15% Office environment & 85% Production Floor implementing projects and/or countermeasures1-2 day trips approximately 3 times per year.
