Hours: 36 or 48 Shift: Nights (3x12s or 4x12s)
We're hiring a Pediatric ICU/CCU Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dedicated critical care team providing care to pediatric patients with complex, life-threatening conditions and multi-system illnesses. In this role, you will assess, monitor, and manage critically ill patients, collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, and deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment. The Pediatric ICU/CCU RN is responsible for the overall coordination and management of assigned patients and reports directly to the Clinical Manager or designated facility leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Two years of recent PICU or CVPICU experience required.
• Shows evidence of CEU requirements for the state of practice
• Demonstrates the ability to assume a leadership role in a crisis situation
• Demonstrates clinical competence specific to intensive care
• Demonstrates the ability to work with patient growth and development needs across the specific unit of assignment
• Demonstrates ability to work in a team environment
• Demonstrates a full range of body motion in a regular performance of duties on a daily basis
• Must be able to work with frequent interruptions
• PALS, BLS, and ACLS, as required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
