GroundskeeperWoodruff Property Management Company is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and safety of our community. This role is responsible for keeping common areas, exteriors, vacant apartments, sidewalks, and parking areas in excellent condition.Key Responsibilities:Maintain community grounds, amenities, and parking areas to ensure a clean and attractive appearancePrepare vacant apartments for move-in by clearing out trash and assisting with make-ready tasksPerform general property maintenance, including pressure washing, painting, and trash removalAssist with light emergency maintenance as neededWork independently while following community standards for cleanliness and upkeepSupport the maintenance team with additional tasks when necessaryQualifications & Skills:1+ year of experience as a Groundskeeper or Porter (required)Basic property maintenance skills (painting, pressure washing, trash pick-up, etc.)Strong customer service and teamwork skillsFlexibility to work weekends, holidays, and be available for after-hours emergenciesDependability and strong work ethic are essentialReliable transportation to support property needsMust pass a criminal background check and drug screeningValid driver's license with a clear Motor Vehicle RecordAbility to work at other properties as neededPhysical Requirements:Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditionsAbility to operate maintenance tools and equipmentFrequent lifting, bending, stooping, and standing for extended periodsMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive stooping, bending, and kneelingWhy Join Woodruff Property Management Company?We offer a comprehensive total rewards package, including Choice of three medical plans, plus dental and vision coverage Short-term & long-term disability and AFLAC supplemental insurance 401(K) with company match (100% of the first 3%, plus 50% match on the next 2%) Paid Time Off (PTO) – 16 days per year (prorated in the first year) 9 company-paid holidays A supportive, team-oriented environment with opportunities for growthWoodruff Property Management Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO) and a Drug-Free Workplace.
