Cytogenetics Subject Matter Expert

An Enterprise client is seeking experienced domain experts to support an AI evaluation project by creating domain-specific prompts and high-quality responses based on their professional expertise. The content produced will be used to evaluate AI models for accuracy, relevance, reasoning, and response quality. Experts are being sought in the following domain: Cytogenetics.

Job Description

Tasks may include:

• Create domain-specific prompts based on professional knowledge and real-world scenarios.
• Develop accurate, relevant, well-structured responses to prompts.
• Apply subject-matter expertise to help ensure content reflects appropriate domain concepts, terminology, and reasoning.
• Review content for accuracy, clarity, relevance, and completeness.
• Follow project guidelines and quality standards for AI evaluation tasks.
• Complete tasks involving visual reasoning, annotation, prompt creation, or AI data evaluation as required by the project.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master's or doctoral-level education is a plus.
• Demonstrated professional experience in Cytogenetics. Relevant hands-on professional experience will be given significant consideration.
• Strong subject-matter knowledge and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and accurately.
• Excellent written English and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience with visual reasoning, annotation, prompt creation, AI evaluation, AI training data, or similar projects is highly desirable.
