Electrical Project ManagerAllstates Consulting Services is looking for an Electrical Project Manager in any of the following locations to work with our partner, Kansas City area, Lowell, AR or Dallas, TX. Job description is below and the pay is $60.00 - 65.00 per hour Project & Account Management.Project & Account Management:Plan, grow, oversee, and direct high-volume commercial electrical accounts.Manage project scheduling, billing, and logistical support.Review customer specifications, contracts, and cost estimates.Create and maintain comprehensive project files.Ensure all projects adhere to company safety standards and OSHA requirements.Financial & Estimating Operations:Manage the process of sourcing, evaluating, and estimating bid opportunities.Create bid sheets, contractual proposals, and project budgets.Monitor budgets, resources, and overall project progress.Provide weekly and monthly financial forecasting and revenue projection reports.Supply Chain & Quality Control:Order all materials and equipment for assigned projects.Perform quality and safety audits on all materials and equipment.Team Leadership & Operations:Oversee daily operational tasks including interviewing, hiring, and payroll approval.Assign resources and delegate tasks effectively through team resources.Perform site walks, surveys, and technical training at customer locations.Build rapport and maintain day-to-day communication with clients and stakeholders.Job Requirements:Experience & Education:Experience: Minimum 2 years of project management experience required.Technical Background: Electrical experience is strictly required.Benefits (employee contribution):Health insuranceHealth savings accountDental insuranceVision insuranceFlexible spending accountsLife insuranceRetirement planAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
