Our mission is to provide modernized technology platforms, elevated technology support, and valuable insights, empowering our clients to excel in what they do best. Responsibilities Lead on-site effort to deliver services for litigation scanning, trial exhibit printing, load file creation and other litigation support services as requested. Interface with firm paralegals, litigation support team, and attorneys to communicate the best ways to support their needs. Work with Opensity Solutions Technology leaders to determine standards for the client and implement new technology at the site. Establish and maintain suitable workflow and train other Service Specialists in the use of technology for document requests. Capture of images and data to client specified formats. Setup and conversion for print project. Conversion of Image Formats (PDF, TIFF & JPEG). QC of imaging and print products. Ensure quality and timeliness of all client deliverables. Effectively communicate project status. Train staff and co-workers on technology and projects. Qualifications & Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. Law firm experience, scanning software, familiarity with manipulating PDF and TIFF files. Hardware familiarity (Multifunctional Printers, Scanners and troubleshooting skills). Experience working with Adobe Acrobat Standard or Professional for the manipulation of PDF files. Be personable, articulate, knowledgeable, and professional in presenting oneself in a professional setting. Ability to learn skills quickly with attention to detail. Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision. Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater. Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs. Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time. Preferred Shift (9:30am - 6:30pm) Compensation Up to $19.00 USD per hour, may be eligible for an annual bonus.
