Job Summary
Value Technology is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and translating business needs into effective technology solutions. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, process improvement, business process modeling, documentation, data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams within large-scale enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Senior Technical Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Proven track record supporting application modernization programs
- Solid understanding of APIs, data models, schema design, data mapping, and UX principles
- Ability to translate complex business needs into well-defined Jira epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Exceptional analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and QA teams
