Heavy Diesel Mechanic - Field Service (Multiple Roles) Location: Perth Precinct, WA; Newman, WA 6753; Karratha, WA 6714; Kalgoorlie, WA 6430; Geraldton, WA; Tom Price, WA; Bunbury, WA 6751; Port Hedland, WA 6721. About the Role Working across mine sites, ports, and regional operations. Perform field-based diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Caterpillar equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults. Work independently in the field while supported by a high-performing team. Service fleet including haul trucks, loaders, graders, dozers & ancillary equipment. Deliver safe, high-quality outcomes and exceptional customer service. What We Are Looking For Trade qualification: Plant Mechanic / Heavy Diesel / Auto Electrical. Proven field service experience (Cat® highly regarded). Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capability. Valid driver’s licence (minimum LR, higher classes advantageous). Commitment to safety, accountability, and teamwork. HRWL tickets (Forklift, Dogging, Rigging) – desirable.
