\nLocation: Richmond, VA
\nCandidates within 50–75 miles preferred; candidates from NY, NJ, PA willing to relocate will also be considered
\nVisa: US Citizens preferred

\nKey Requirements
\n- \n
- 10+ years of Business Analyst experience with 3+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience \n
- Strong ServiceNow expertise across ITSM, ITAM, SPM, IRM, CSM \n
- Requirements elicitation, stakeholder interviews, workshops, brainstorming, prototyping & document analysis \n
- Strong experience with As-Is / To-Be process mapping, process re-engineering & gap analysis \n
- Requirements documentation, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, RTM & wireframes \n
- Experience with Visio / Lucidchart for process mapping \n
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication \n
- Agile methodology and user-story development \n
- ServiceNow CSA and/or Certified Implementation Specialist \n
- Strong knowledge of ITIL / ITSM best practices \n
- ServiceNow reporting & analytics: Performance Analytics, Reports & Dashboards \n

- Public-sector / government procurement experience ( RFP/RFS ) \n
- Client-facing consulting/advisory experience \n
- ServiceNow CAD or strong technical understanding of the ServiceNow platform \n
- Data analytics & reporting tools experience \n
