Warehouse Associate

Location: Cheyenne, WY

Job Type: Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire

Pay: $18.25 - $21.75 per hour

Overtime Available

We are seeking motivated Warehouse Associates to support a high-volume distribution center serving retail locations throughout the region. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced warehouse environment with opportunities for overtime, training, and long-term employment.

Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but candidates with a strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

• Monday - Thursday
• 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Mandatory overtime may extend shifts to approximately 6:30 PM

• Tuesday - Thursday
• 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM
• Mandatory overtime may include Monday or Friday

• Friday - Sunday
• 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• Mandatory overtime may include an additional weekday

• One unpaid 30-minute meal break
• Two paid 15-minute breaks

• Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers
• Hand-stack products onto pallets
• Move, stock, select, and prepare merchandise for shipment
• Inspect products for damage or defects
• Use RF scanners, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment
• Follow shipping and receiving procedures
• Maintain accurate inventory movement and workflow
• Follow all warehouse safety requirements
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. regularly, including overhead lifting
• Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks including lifting, bending, stacking, and moving throughout the shift
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• General labor or physically demanding work experience

• Warehouse experience
• Shipping and receiving experience
• Trailer loading and unloading experience
• RF scanner experience
• Pallet jack experience
• Inventory stocking experience
• Forklift experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cheyenne, WY.

The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $21.75/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Cheyenne,WY.
