Principal Engineer

Principal Engineer Onsite Coppell-TX (In-Person Client Interview)

Contract Period is 6 Months only

Interview process:

• L1 will be with internal panel and scenario based hands-on check along with theoretical
• L2 will be in-person in client office with client panel and scenario based hands-on check along with theoretical in two rounds as needed

Required skills:

• Proficiency with the following skills:
• C#/MVC/ Web API
• Design Patterns
• Angular (Preferred current versions)
• React
• Sql Server / Cosmos Db
• Experience with Azure Services
• Experience in RAG/Graph (Preferred)

Job Description/Responsibilities:

• 12+ years overall exp with, 8+ years of related experience developing software. Mortgage industry experience is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to respond quickly to sensitive issues, complex inquiries, or complaints from clients, co-workers and or management.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree in technical field. Master's degree in a technical field is preferred.
• Adaptive leadership style, capable of leading multi-disciplinary teams with diverse skill sets and experience levels.
