Night Shift QC Position
TeleSearch Staffing Solutions
Customer Support Administrator
Must know Excel and good data entry, entering data in a ERP system. They currently use Oracle but getting Syncom.
Responsibilities:
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting as required for Customer Service and for organization.
- Data gathering, analysis and ability to present information.
- Maintain and update documentation.
- Maintain daily metrics
Qualifications:
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational and project management skills.
- Strong mathematical and analytical acumen.
- Must be expert in Microsoft Office, Power Point and experience in ERP and managing order information.
- Fast paced environment: must be able to juggle multiple priorities and react quickly to business needs.
Looking for someone that can take direction and work on their own.
