About the Role

The Company is seeking an Investment Banking VP to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the day-to-day execution of sell-side M&A and strategic advisory engagements, managing financial analysis, and driving the creation of various deal-related materials. This role requires a professional with 3-5+ years' of investment banking experience, particularly within Industrials or ADG/Government Services, and a strong background in modeling, valuation, and transaction execution. The VP will also be involved in mentoring and overseeing Analysts, participating in sector research, and contributing to business development initiatives. The ideal candidate for the Investment Banking VP position at the company will have a proven track record in sell-side M&A transactions, exceptional attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
