Production Quality Control Summary of Key Responsibilities: Quality verification and touch‑up of metal material preparation processes, including surface grinding, DA surface finishing, weld spatter removal, press forming dimple dies, minor weld repairs, and ensuring proper fitment of small part components. Great attention to detail. Visual inspection of metal parts and components. Physical touch‑up, repair and rework of unacceptable parts. Work upstream to resolve repeat issues. Reliable and consistent attendance. Meet and exceed production throughput goals. Meet and exceed quality standards. Communicate with Leads, Supervisors, and the Quality Team. General preventative care and maintenance of company‑supplied tools and equipment. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to work in a fast‑paced work environment with rapidly changing priorities. Self‑motivated, assertive, and responsive to company metrics. Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented environment. Detail oriented. Team spirit above individual interests. Fluency in spoken English. Reliable transportation to comply with attendance policy. Summary of Experience and Education: High school diploma or GED. Must be 18 or over. Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus. Finishing/Fabrication experience is a plus. Compensation: Starting pay $18 per hour, weekly pay cycle. Full benefits package. First shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. Full‑time, on‑site at our main facility in Chandler, Arizona.
