A Day in the Life of a Server/Cashier Our Server/Cashiers exemplify Farmer Boys’ brand image as the first point of contact with our Guests. You deliver exemplary customer service before, during and after taking orders. Server/Cashiers take orders, manage registers, maintain the dining room and work the drive thru. Experience is great, but not required. We love to teach if you love to learn. We'll provide hands on training and online courses to prepare you for great things. We’re Looking For At least 16 years old Previous Customer Service and/or restaurant experience is a plus Able to read, speak, take direction and comprehend written instructions in the English language Physically required to stand (up to 4 hours at a time), walk, bend and lift up to 40 pounds.
