Role Description The Service Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Cincinnati, OH, responsible for overseeing daily pool service operations and ensuring high-quality customer support. This role coordinates service schedules, assigns and supervises field technicians, and monitors completion of maintenance, repair, openings, and closings. The Service Manager communicates directly with customers to assess service needs, provide recommendations, and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner. The role includes managing inventory and supplies, reviewing service documentation, and maintaining safety and quality standards. The Service Manager collaborates with retail and construction teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and supports process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
Qualifications

• Experience in service management or operations supervision, preferably in pool, construction, or home services industries.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and team members.
• Ability to organize schedules, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple service projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of pool systems, equipment, water chemistry, or willingness to learn technical aspects of pool care and maintenance.
• Comfort working in an on-site environment, including occasional field visits and hands-on support when needed.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools and service management software for scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local site visits.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or relevant certifications are a plus.
