Position Summary Production Operators support manufacturing operations at the largest residential water heater facility in the United States. This role involves hands‑on production work in a fast‑paced, safety‑focused environment. Key Responsibilities Assemble components per work instructions Perform robotic and/or manual welding Apply ceramic glass coatings Load/unload tanks from paint systems Operate hand tools (manual and automated) Set up and operate production equipment Follow safety, quality, and work standards Qualifications 6 months manufacturing experience preferred Ability to work 2nd shift (start times ~2:00 PM; end times up to 1:30 AM) Ability to stand/walk for long periods with frequent bending/reaching Ability to lift 50–75 lbs with or without assistance Ability to work in varying temperature conditions Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions High School Diploma or GED required Why Join Us The Ashland City facility produces over two million water heaters annually and plays a key role in providing essential products that support safe and reliable hot water for homes and communities.
