Fiber Splicing Project Coordinator

Location: Hybrid, Plain City, OH (primarily remote with occasional field/site visits) Interview: One and done Must-Haves: Project coordination experience within telecom, utilities, construction, or infrastructure Strong organizational and communication skills Experience managing project schedules, budgets, timelines, and documentation Ability to coordinate with field teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders Comfortable supporting field operations when needed Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Plusses: Fiber splicing, OSP, or telecom construction experience Experience supporting network deployment or infrastructure projects Knowledge of fiber optic networks and telecommunications processes Experience with project management software OSHA certified Day-to-Day: Coordinate fiber splicing and infrastructure projects from kickoff through completion Track project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and milestones Communicate with engineering teams, field crews, contractors, and customers Support workforce planning and project status reporting Maintain accurate project documentation and records Coordinate field activities and site readiness requirements Help ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality expectations Job Description: Insight Global is seeking a Fiber Splicing Project Coordinator for a top telecommunications client.
