Immigration Associate Attorney
Busy immigration law practice seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our team.
This role focuses primarily on representing clients in immigration court proceedings (both via WebEx and in person) and motion drafting. The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, and comfortable handling client-facing responsibilities as well as the Court.
Prior immigration experience is required.
Responsibilities:
• Appear at immigration court hearings (WebEx and in person)
• Attend USCIS interviews and appointments with clients
• Communicate with clients and provide case updates
• Assist with case preparation with motion drafting
Qualifications:
• Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
• Interest in immigration law
