We are looking for a Dental Receptionist with at least 1 year of dental office experience to provide exceptional customer service to our patients. Title Front Desk Coordinator Job Description Key Responsibilities: • Answer phone calls, text messages, and emails • Schedule patient appointments and handle follow-up calls • Welcome patients and ensure all necessary documentation is completed • • Verify insurance benefits and communicate with insurance companies for eligibility • Manage patient data and maintain accurate records • Provide translation and treatment explanations for Spanish-speaking patients • Assist with patient intake, check-out, and payment collection Salary Range full-time $19 - $22 per hour Salary based on Experience.
