As a Registered Nurse in the IMCU, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care. You will utilize your expertise in telemetry and cardiac drip management to ensure the best outcomes for your patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting accurate clinical assessments and prioritizing patient and family needs
• Developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized nursing care plans
• Collaborating with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care
• Maintaining a compassionate and therapeutic environment for patients and families
• Facilitating patient and family education to promote informed healthcare decisions
• Ensuring compliance with nursing and patient care standards

Requirements for this role include:

• RN license with BLS and ACLS certifications
• 2 years of IMCU experience required
• Experience with telemetry and cardiac drips
• Ability to work weekends and on-call as needed
• Need 2 years experience in setting
