Key Qualifications/Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification appropriate for middle school grades
• Experience working with diverse learners and individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, parents, and support teams
• Dedication to fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom atmosphere

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide targeted interventions and specially designed instruction tailored to the unique needs of each student
• Develop and implement individualized education plans, ensuring compliance and best practices
• Organize and facilitate IEP meetings, collaborating with families and other professionals
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and strategies for success
• Engage in ongoing professional development to refine instructional practices
