Job Description and Duties

ATTORNEY – LEGAL OFFICE / HEADQUARTERS / SACRAMENTO, CA

The reporting location for this position is at Headquarters in Sacramento. This position will work under the general direction of the Assistant Chief Counsel. As assigned, the position acts as lead to provide assistance to the Chief Counsel and Assistant Chief Counsel regarding Law Enforcement matters as needed and provides legal advice and assistance on legal activities associated with the Department’s Law Enforcement issues.

Training and Development Assignments may be considered.

This position is designated as telework eligible-office centered.

Working Conditions

Special Requirements

• The position(s) require(s) a(n) CALIFORNIA STATE BAR License. You will be required to provide a copy of your license prior to being hired.
