This role operates as the business owner of off-premises channels, driving market penetration, optimizing channel mix, and ensuring strong unit economics while delivering seamless digital guest experience./ppReporting to the VP of Off-Premises Catering, this leader will define how CAVA shows up across delivery and digital platforms, balancing growth, profitability, and operational feasibility across a rapidly scaling footprint./ppThis job description is not intended to be a comprehensive list of all the duties and responsibilities of the position and such duties and responsibilities may change without notice./ph3What Youll Do/h3pOwn Channel Performance Economics/pulliOwn off-premises sales growth, channel mix, and market penetration strategy across delivery and digital ordering./liliManage and improve key business metrics including revenue, contribution margin, fees, ratings, and guest experience./liliIdentify and execute opportunities to improve conversion, frequency, and lifetime value./liliDrive clear, data-informed decisions to optimize channel economics and long-term profitability./li/ulpLead Marketplace Delivery Strategy/pulliOwn relationships with third-party partners (e.g., DoorDash, Uber Eats), including performance, economics, and strategic positioning./liliDefine CAVAs marketplace strategy, including assortment, pricing, promotions, and placement./liliEvaluate and evolve the role of third-party platforms vs. direct ordering channels./liliIdentify opportunities to reduce reliance on intermediaries and increase direct guest relationships over time./li/ulpOptimize the Digital Guest Experience/pulliOwn the end-to-end digital ordering experience across pickup and delivery, ensuring it is simple, intuitive, and on brand./liliPartner with Technology and Digital teams to prioritize enhancements that improve conversion, speed, and usability./liliEnsure consistency and clarity across all guest-facing touchpoints./li/ulpAlign Demand with Operational Reality/pulliPartner with Operations to ensure demand is aligned with restaurant capacity and execution capabilities./liliIdentify and solve friction points impacting speed, accuracy, and guest satisfaction./liliWork closely with the Director of Catering Strategy to support catering delivery and channel integration./li/ulpDrive Cross-Functional Execution/pulliPartner across Marketing, Technology, Finance, and Operations to align on priorities, sequencing, and tradeoffs./liliLead initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring solutions are scalable and operationally sound./liliManage and develop supporting team members, including a coordinator responsible for day-to-day execution./li/ulpQualifications/pulli68+ years of experience in digital, delivery, or multi-unit restaurant operations/liliStrong understanding of marketplace dynamics, pricing, and fee structures within delivery ecosystems/liliProven ability to own and improve business performance metrics, not just manage channels/liliStrong analytical and financial acumen, with experience evaluating unit economics and ROI/liliExperience balancing growth, profitability, and operational constraints/liliAbility to operate with high ownership and autonomy in a fast-paced, evolving environment/liliStrong communication and cross-functional leadership skills/liliBachelors degree or equivalent experience/li/ulpPhysical Requirements:/pulliAbility to maintain stationary position to be able to operate a computer and other office equipment/liliMust be able to identify, analyze and assess details/liliFor certain positions, must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to 50 pounds/liliAbility to communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively/liliConstantly positions self and move about to support ordinary restaurant or food production support or office operations, as applicable/liliAbility to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner/li/ulpWhat we offer:/pulliCompetitive salary, plus bonus and long-term incentives*/liliEarly Wage Access!/liliUnlimited PTO, paid parental leave, plus paid opportunities to give back to the community/liliHealth, Dental, Vision, Telemedicine, Pet Insurance plus more!/lili401k enrollment with CAVA contribution/liliCompany-paid STD, LTD, Life and ADD coverage for salaried positions*/liliFree CAVA food/liliCasual work environment/liliThe opportunity to be on the ground floor of a rapidly growing brand/liliAll exempt and non exempt employees are eligible for benefits.
