Pay Rate: $276.45 - $299.25

Our organization is in search of an Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology Physician to provide locum tenens support, addressing an immediate need within our facility.

Opportunity Details

Schedule: Friday at 5:00 p.m. to Monday at 8:00 a.m.; includes weekend rounding and overnight on-call duties.
Patient Volume: Focus on advanced heart failure, cardiogenic shock, and heart failure patients; specific volume details are not provided.
Practice Environment: Combination of inpatient and outpatient settings.
Procedures: Involves advanced heart failure management, cardiogenic shock treatment, Impella usage, extracorporeal membrane oxygenation, and mechanical circulatory support.
Credentialing Duration: 0–30 days.
Required Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology; completion of a Heart Failure Fellowship is mandatory.
Licensure: An active medical license in Florida is required.
