Program/Project Analyst

Job Title Job Overview: Pay Range: $27.36hr - $32.36hr Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate Main Panel Upgrade (MPU) disconnect/reconnect activities. Manage scheduling systems, documentation, and workflow tracking. Communicate with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely execution. Monitor regulatory timelines (e.g., CPUC) to ensure compliance. Prioritize backlog and ensure adherence to established MPU procedures. Gather, document, analyze, and interpret data to support decision‑making. Support program and project activities through coordination and administrative tasks. Assist in developing specifications and documentation for programs and processes. Maintain accurate records and generate reports as required. Support database management and reporting functions. Required Skills And Experience 03 years of experience in an analytical, administrative, or coordination role. Experience working with database programs and spreadsheet software. Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data effectively. Basic understanding of programming concepts and ability to read, write, and test code. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools. Strong communication and customer service skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. Experience supporting scheduling, coordination, or operations functions. Familiarity with report generation and database structures. Education Associates degree in a related field required. High school diploma or equivalent required.
