Temp Standard Products Assembler

In this position, the individual will be assembling and wiring electrical or electronic components, such as control panels, chassis, circuit boards, and high voltage transformers. This role involves following mostly repetitive production standards, so we will consider any applicant with good manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude. Training will be provided on the job. However, any soldering and wiring experience would be beneficial.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Wire, assemble, and install electrical and electronic components according to Master book specifications with supervision. Mount assembled components, such as transformers, resistors, transistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, and sockets on chassis panels. Fabricate or modify parts, using shop equipment and basic hand tools. Maintain a clean and safe workspace. Complete other tasks as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION:

High School diploma or GED certificate Additional experience may be considered in lieu of the required level of education.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

Mechanical aptitude and the ability to follow detailed instructions. Ability to perform repetitive tasks. Ability to collaborate with other team members. Must be detail oriented. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE (Not Required): Soldering Wiring Reading a Schematic

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

While performing the duties of this job the employee is often required to stand, sit, use computers, read, and utilize written and oral communication to interact with co-workers and customers. Must use assistance when lifting 50 or more pounds. Actual base salary offered to the hired applicant will be determined based on their work location, level, qualifications, job related skills, as well as relevant education or training experience.
