Operations Coordinator

Job Duties
Help
- Receive and process information management and information technology (IM/IT) purchase requests from DHA Research and Development offices
- Perform duties of Contracting Officer Representative
- Ensure payments are made to vendors using Wide Area Workflow
- Process purchase requests using the General Fund Enterprise Business System
- Primary Credit Card holder for DHA Research and Development IM/IT purchases
- Develop Statements of Work and Performance Work Statements
- Collaboration with multiple offices and staff to complete purchases process
- Prepare a variety of correspondence, letters, reports, and briefings
- Review correspondence for formatting, grammar, and spelling errors
- As Records Manager, is responsible for the proper retention and disposition of files
- Prepare, coordinate and schedule, CONUS and OCONUS travel authorizations and vouchers within the Defense Travel System (DTS)
- Serve as Tasker Manager/Coordinator for all incoming/outgoing official taskers using the automated Task Management Tool
- Serve as Training Coordinator ensuring all personnel profiles and training are maintained in the automated training system
