Crisis Care Manager, Central Intake

Ibis Healthcare seeks a Care Manager for Central Intake to advocate, coordinate, and ensure continuity of evidence-based care within an Adult Inpatient Crisis Stabilization unit. You will participate in a multidisciplinary team and support triage, assessment, planning, and ongoing care services. PRN staff are essential members scheduled as needed to facilitate triage, assessment, and care for individuals.
