Now Hiring Occupational Therapist/CHT - Outpatient Full-time, Part-time, or PRN Boston Orthopaedic & Spine Physicians Rehab Solutions 625 Mt Auburn St Ste 207, Cambridge, MA 02138 Overview: Due to growth, Physicians Rehab Solution is now hiring an Occupational Therapist and/or Certified Hand Therapist for an Outpatient Orthopedics position at Boston Orthopaedic & Spine in Cambridge, MA. Full-time is preferred, up to 40 hours per week are available. Part-time and PRN candidates will also be considered. The ideal candidate should be personable with good communication skills. Caseload / Patient Population: The Occupational Therapist hired will work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting to treat patients with a variety of post-operative and conservative hand/shoulder/upper quadrant injuries and diagnoses. Full-time OTs should expect to treat an average of 11 patients per day. Compensation and Benefits: The compensation for this full-time position will start in the ballpark of $75,000 per year and increases depending on experience and qualifications. Bonus opportunities are also available. Work Schedule: The clinic is open Monday-Friday: 8 am - 5 pm. Flexible schedules are available based on the needs of the clinician hired. Job Requirements Eligible for GA state licensure as an Occupational Therapist. CHT is preferred, but not required. Prior outpatient orthopedic experience working with hand and shoulder/upper quadrant injuries and diagnoses is required. Full-time is preferred, 40 hours per week are available. Part-time and PRN candidates will also be considered. Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
