We're looking for a reliable and experienced Line Cook (Prep Cook experience also accepted) to join our kitchen team. This role is essential to delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment while maintaining cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards.

We're looking for a reliable and experienced Line Cook (Prep Cook experience also accepted) to join our kitchen team. This role is essential to delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment while maintaining cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Set up and stock workstations with necessary ingredients and supplies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work efficiently during high-volume service periods
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely order completion
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and ingredient prep
- Monitor food quality and presentation before serving
- MUST have line cook experience (prep cook experience is also acceptable)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and food safety standards
- Schedule will vary week to week, but employees will work 5 days per week
- Shifts may start as early as 5:00 AM or end as late as midnight (not both on the same day)
