Role: The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, individualized patient care in a clinical environment. Responsibilities Performing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices. Delivering relationship-based, patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations and cultural needs. Partnering with patients and families through effective communication and education. Coordinating safe, quality care with documentation and interdisciplinary collaboration. Supporting professional development, mentoring, and participation in performance improvement initiatives. Promoting evidence-based practice, research, and adherence to organizational policies and safety standards. Contributing to resource management and protocol development to optimize patient outcomes. Qualifications And Skills Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred). Valid RN license (single or multi-state compact). Certifications: BLS and ACLS required upon hire. Minimum of 5 years recent, relevant acute care nursing experience. Strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills. Proficiency with clinical technology and computer systems.
