We're looking for a Customer Success Manager who thrives at the intersection of technology, customer relationships, and business operations. This is a highly consultative role where you'll partner directly with business owners and operational leaders to help them maximize value from our platform.

What You'll Do

• Lead customers through onboarding, implementation, and long-term adoption
• Configure solutions and guide clients through operational workflow improvements
• Build trusted relationships with business owners, dispatch managers, and operational leaders
• Conduct regular business reviews that demonstrate ROI and business impact
• Monitor customer health, identify risks early, and drive retention
• Serve as the voice of the customer, partnering with Product and Engineering teams to influence future enhancements
• Document customer interactions and success plans within HubSpot
• Help customers optimize scheduling, dispatching, communication, and profitability processes

What We're Looking For

• 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Implementation, or SaaS Consulting
• Experience managing a portfolio of SMB customers
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate technical concepts into practical business solutions
• Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM/Customer Success platforms
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and customer priorities simultaneously
• Experience supporting operational software or field service businesses is a plus
