Front Counter Team Member

Our Front Counter Team:

Knows the products and their ingredients forwards and backwards
Has never met a stranger - invites guests over as they stroll by
Communicates well with the kitchen to work together seamlessly
Keeps the front counter clean and ready for guests
Inspires their team mates to ask them for help
Understands the balance of great service and efficiency

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent
Must be able to read, write, and speak English
Stand for long periods of time & be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks
Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and TABC Certification; practice proper sanitation procedures and follow regulations regarding alcohol sale and service
Experience with Toast POS is a plus
