Warehouse Forklift Associate

Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of the contents against shipping documents. Properly identify received materials, ensuring they match purchase orders, manifests, or packing slips. Apply appropriate labels to received materials, including barcodes, product identifiers, and handling instructions. Ensure that all labeling is clear, accurate, and in compliance with organizational standards. Identify any missing, lost, or damaged materials and immediately notify the supervisor. Manage all merchandise with appropriate care. Prepare and process order requests. Ensure that all merchandise is safely and securely packed and labeled for shipping. Scan labels to ensure products are being shipped to the correct destination. Assist with training of newly employed workers. Perform tasks strictly as assigned. If you have questions or doubts you must stop immediately for additional instructions. Comply with Safety and Security Programs. Observe all signs and regulations with US Customs, HAZMAT, and DOT regulations. Maintain facilities—clean, organized, and compliant with regulation. Be courteous and responsible with all drivers and/or contract vendors. Perform daily housekeeping activities. Report to the Warehouse Lead or Warehouse Manager at the start of the day and at the end of the day for release and timecard check. Additional Duties - Forklift Operations Operate forklifts and other material‑handling equipment to safely transport, stack, and store materials within the warehouse. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including proper operation of equipment, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and safe handling practices.
