Senior Developer Relations Engineer - Marimo

What You’ll Do As a senior developer relations engineer on marimo’s growth team, you will: Find high‑leverage, scalable, and measurable ways to grow usage, ranging from growth‑related software engineering to content creation. Serve as a technical bridge between marimo and our users, maintaining relationships with key champions and community members. Organize and regularly attend events in the SF Bay Area (and around the U.S. when needed). Build and nurture relationships with partner open‑source projects and DevRel teams to co‑create content, integrations, and joint community initiatives. This role is only open for candidates in San Francisco. Who You Are 2+ years of experience in software engineering. 2+ years of experience in developer relations and growth. Proficiency in Python, with strong fundamentals that are language agnostic. Technical background in AI, ML, and data science. Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with a proven track record. Preferred Experience with AI coding models. Experience with growing open‑source communities. The starting salary will be determined based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation.
